Today is the last day to celebrate His Majesty the King's 85th birthday at Paradise Park.
The 'Happiness Under His Majesty's Prestige And The Royal Music' photo exhibition is on show at Paradise Park until today.
One of the highlights of the "Paradise Park Melody Of The Greatest King" event is the "Happiness Under His Majesty's Prestige And The Royal Music" photo exhibition, which reflects His Majesty's excellence in music. The rarely seen collection portrays the King playing musical instruments including saxophone, clarinet, trumpet, piano and guitar during his younger years.
Other activities include a music performance featuring HM the King's compositions performed by a jazz band from Mahidol University starting at noon, followed by the final round of a singing contest where the finalists will sing his compositions.
The evening programme starts with a khon masked dance of the Ramakien episode Yok Rob at 6pm, followed by a mini concert where Patipan "Mos" Pattavikan will also sing his compositions. Then all visitors are invited to join the candle-lighting ceremony to honour His Majesty at 7pm.
All activities will take place at the Royal Park Plaza, 1st floor of Paradise Park on Srinakarin Road.
