WeChat, a mobile application for social networking, has released BlackBerry version.



WeChat has recently reached the 300-million users mark.



Tencent, the developer of WeChat, announced Monday that WeChat on BlackBerry comes with splendid features such as Push-to-Talk, the simple one touch voice message delivery for no typing effortless communication with friends. Group Chat of WeChat allows a user to chat up to 40 friends at the same time.

WeChat provides multimedia communication flexibility and convenience with text messaging, hold-to-talk voice messaging, video/voice call, broadcast (one-to-many) messaging, photo/video sharing, location sharing, and contact information exchange.



WeChat also supports social networking via shared streaming content feeds and location-based social plug-ins ('Shake', 'Look Around', and 'Drift Bottle') to chat with and befriend local and international WeChat users. It's available for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, BlackBerry and Symbian platforms with multi-languages support.
