Charter court rules in favour of Varathep

The Constitution Court Friday ruled that PM's Office Minister Varathep Ratanakorn was not disqualified because of a suspended jail term in the case of two- and three-digit lottery scheme.



The court ruled 6 to 3 votes that Varathep was not disqualified under Article 182 (3) and Article 174 (5) of the Constitution.
