Dusit Thani Pattaya names Reppuhn top chef

James Reppuhn has been named executive chef at Dusit Thani Pattaya, according to Chatchawal Supachayanont, general manager.

For the last 12 years Reppuhn, an American, has worked in China, India and Thailand for Aman Resorts, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and JW Marriott. He also worked with celebrity chef Mark Miller.

In his new position, Reppuhn is responsible for the overall culinary aspect of the 457-room Dusit Thani.
