Piyadee Prasertsom, director of Thai Itoh Vocational College, handed out certificates of achievement to students of languages, tourism and commerce at a ceremony held at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, The college was founded in 2003 and specializes in real-world short courses for young adults.
